I recently purchased a home with the help of New Direction and worked with both Jesse and Shayne. Both were amazing! They live in the area and were super easy to talk to. They had great advice about pitfalls to look out for, recommendations to any services we needed such as which lenders to look into working with and where to go for potential radon mitigation. As a first time home buyer, they made the process as simple and least stressful as possible, which was a huge relief. If we ever decide to sell and start looking for our next home, we would definitely prefer to work with Jesse and New Direction again.Matt & Joyell
